Dangers of Split Ends

In addition, there are a few things that you will have to eliminate from your daily use because these practices cater to split ends, such as:  excessive use of hair styling tool (e.g. curling iron and flat iron, excessive use of hair accessories (e.g. ponytail holders and headbands), and not properly maintaining hair overnight.

To prevent breakage and damage to the hair overnight, you should always use satin hair wrap and sleeping on a satin pillow. To maintain a healthy hair, it is important to get rid of the split ends immediately and to get hair trimmed every 6 weeks.
